Welcome to 3nD Apparel. Before engaging in our printing services, we kindly ask you to carefully read and comprehend the following comprehensive disclaimer. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

Design Mock-ups; Accuracy, Color Variations and Reproduction:

• All mock-ups are a close but not an “exact” representation of what the garment may look like. The main purpose is to show the placement of each print and to provide a sample of what the item may look like.
• Please be aware that colors may appear differently on different displays and the final printed colors may vary due to factors beyond our control, including variations in printing materials, inks, and processes.
• It is our goal to provide the most accurate representation of the product to meet our customer desires.

Quality and Material Variability:

• We maintain stringent quality standards, but minor imperfections such as ink coverage, texture variations, and small inconsistencies can arise due to the nature of printing on fabric.
• It is the customers responsibility to thoroughly review and approve the design, content, and specifications of the order. We are not liable for errors, discrepancies, misspellings, or omissions present in the design or order details the customer provided or approved.
• Once artwork/design has been approved, an invoice will be sent. All invoices must be paid in full (unless an alternative arrangement has been made) before the fulfilment of the order. Please view the “Please Read” portion of the invoice for details on expected completion and delivery.
• Orders may not be subject to changes or cancellations once ordering and/or production has commenced. A cancellation fee will be applied if ordering and/or production has commenced and must cease. Please be sure you are ready to proceed with ordering and review and finalize your order carefully.
• To ensure the longevity of your printed item(s) please adhere to the care instructions provided below. Failure to follow recommended washing and care guidelines may affect the quality and durability of the print. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care.
• For longevity, please follow these guidelines (shirts, hoodies, pants):
  • Machine wash cold water with like color garments, no fabric softener, bleach or any other specialty liquid or powder laundry detergents.
  • Tumble dry low; do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron print. DO NOT FOLLOW ANY OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR HEADWEAR OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN ITEMS BESIDES WHAT IS OUTLINED IN THE HEADING.
  • Wearing any garment in manual labor or trade skilled workplaces maybe subject to normal wear and tear and damage. The use of harmful chemicals and materials alike, may cause damage or alter the item(s). We are not responsible to replace any item(s) used in these types of environments.
  • Always handle all flammable substances with care. However, we don’t recommend the use of any flammable or bodily harmful substances or materials and are not responsible for the improper use of such materials while our produced item(s) is worn or in use.

Delivery Timeframes and Delays:

• Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances or external factors are beyond our control.
• Please inspect received item(s) upon delivery to ensure both the accurate quantity and proper fulfillment of the order.
• Replacements, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. RRR’s maybe considered for defects directly caused on our end. Any discrepancies such as but not limited to, the sizing, color or feel of the item(s) are not subject for RRR. Note: if care instructions are not followed, item(s) are not subject for RRR.
• Our liability is restricted to the cost of the item(s) and printing services. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.
• We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, and labor disputes.
