Quotes and Invoice:
All quotes provided are good until the date listed on the quote sheet. If the quote is accepted an invoice will be sent everything in the process has been approved. Once you receive the invoice, payment must be paid in full before fulfillment begins (unless other arrangements are made). Methods of payment are provided within the invoice.
Customer supplying garments and/or materials:
The customer understands that by supplying the garments and/or materials for the order, if for any reason (ex. manufacturer defect) garments and/or materials need to be replaced, the customer will supply the replacement. If an error occurs, we will work with the customer on a case-by-case basis to find a solution. One possible solution may be that we to provide a percentage cost of a replacement item(s) not to exceed 50% or the customer cost of the replacement item(s) is up to 100%.

Refunds and returns:
We do not offer refunds or returns. We may work with you on a case-by-case basis if there are any issues with an order.
Acceptance clause:
Use of our services and the signing of this document constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
